As soon as KML has secured investor commitments for all 8 homesites, KML’s Phase One Demonstration Greenhouse will be deeded to GaiaQuest and developed as the first phase of GaiaQuest’s non-profit alpine eco-lifestyle center located in Taos Ski Valley. Proposed uses for Phase One commercial development include greenhouse-grown herbs & produce and a potential medicinal plant distillery.
